This will be first year TSRT will send ballots to members via e-mail and to allow members to return their ballot to TSRT either by e-mail or mail.  All ballots are emailed and counted by an accounting firm.  Here are the steps!

Step 1:  Once you recieve your ballot, you must be an active TSRT member to vote.   Your name and TSRT number MUST be on the ballot so your TSRT membership can be verified.

**If you have not renewed your TSRT membership, go to www.tsrt.info and download a membership application form, and send your application with payment to TSRT, 806 Woodlawn, Kilgore, Texas 75662.

Step 2:  Place an “X” in front of the candidate’s name. Only ballots marked in this manner will be counted.

Step 3:  Return your ballot to TSRT by either of these two methods.

• Return your ballot via e-mail by sending your completed ballot to tsrt.election@yahoo.com before December 31, 2009
• Return your ballot via mail by sending your completed ballot to:
  TSRT   806 Woodlawn,  Kilgore, Texas   75662.  Postmarked by December 31, 2009.
