Event Information

Brookhaven College in Farmers Branch, Texas will be hosting our Annual Meeting and Clinical Symposium.  The TSRT annual meeting is the largest statewide gathering of technologists in Texas with approximately 500 attendees, including technologists and students.  Attendees are eager to learn about the products and services currently available in the field of radiology.  Several attendees hold prominent leadership positions within their facilities. TSRT is one of the oldest state X-Ray societies in the United States with a history that dates back to 1932.  Membership in the TSRT includes close to 1,500 members.

Registration begins September 15th and continues until midnight (EST) on January 15, 2010.  Following the January 15 deadline, all registrations must be done on site, as space allows. Credit card payment will be accepted with online registration.  To pay by check, please mail your check along with your registration form to the TSRT Executive Office.

Box Lunch Pickups

Individuals who pre-ordered box lunches will be able to pick them up between 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm in  the Student Services Center.  There will not be any box lunches available to purchase the day of the event. 

Continuing Educational Events

Friday, March 19 will offer educational tracks in the following areas:  Women's Imaging, Sectional Imaging, Radiography & IR, Therapy, and Student.  Plan to attend the Keynote Address and Wade L. Hoots Lecture in the Performance Hall.  Classes will begin at 8:00 am and end at 5:00 pm.  Attendance on this day will allow you to obtain 6 CEU credits.

Saturday, March 20 will offer educational tracks in the following areas: Emerging Technologies, Clinical Issues, Professional Considerations, Radiology Administration, and Student.  Classes will begin at 8:00 am and end at 5:00 pm.  Attendance on this day will allow you to obtain 6 CEU credits

Sunday, March 21 will offer educational tracks in the following areas: Emerging Technologies, Clinical Issues, Professional Considerations, Radiology Administration, and Student.  Classes will begin at 8:00 am and end at 1:00 pm.  Attendance on this day will allow you to obtain 4 CEU credits.

Exhibit Hours

Exhibit hours will be from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm each day of the annual meeting in the Student Services Center.  All Welcome and Opening Instructions, Breaks, and Box Lunch Pickups will be held in this area.

On-Site Registration

On-Site Registration will take place in the Student Services Center.  On-Site Registration begins at 7:30 am on Friday, March 19th.

Pre-Registered Attendees may pick their Annual Meeting Packets up starting at 7:15 am on Friday, March 19th in the Student Services Center.
